Débouchage Portneuf is a company specialized in unclogging drains and maintaining residential plumbing networks. Its mission: to offer fast, reliable services tailored to the needs of its local clientele, focusing on proximity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In a market where plumbing emergencies require an immediate response, Débouchage Portneuf aimed to strengthen its digital visibility and reach new potential clients, while generating a constant flow of qualified requests in the Portneuf region and surrounding areas.
To achieve these objectives, we were tasked with implementing a digital strategy focused on lead generation. We developed and deployed high-performing advertising campaigns on key platforms (including Google Ads and Meta) to target clients at the exact moment their need arises.
This mandate allowed Débouchage Portneuf to increase local visibility, generate a steady flow of qualified contacts, and strengthen its position as a reference in its field.

On the Google Ads side, the objective was to reach clients at the exact moment an urgent need arises. We set up highly targeted Search campaigns. These targeted high-intent keywords such as “emergency unclogging” or “plumber Portneuf.” The ads were written to prompt immediate contact, with clear calls-to-action enhanced with location and call extensions to encourage quick appointment booking. All geographic targeting was fine-tuned to precisely cover the company’s service area, avoiding any budget waste on irrelevant territories.
In parallel, Facebook and Instagram campaigns were launched with a focus on awareness and lead capture. The goal was to position Débouchage Portneuf as the local go-to for unclogging services—even before an immediate need arose. To do this, we relied on clear, reassuring, and effective visuals, which were shown to audiences targeted according to geographic, demographic, and behavioral criteria.
The entire strategy was supported by an agile approach, including continuous monitoring of performance data, adjusting audiences, and refining ad messaging. Result: a coherent, high-performing strategy well-grounded in the company’s on-the-ground reality, generating a constant flow of qualified leads while strengthening Débouchage Portneuf’s local presence in its market.
The quality of the requests received makes all the difference. Targeting the right audiences generates leads ready to take action, thereby reducing processing time and maximizing the conversion rate.
